Some in Lafayette are celebrating 4-20 by showing up for the opening of Cajun Cannabis.
The store is opening at, you guessed it, 4:20 p.m.
The store sells CBD oil and CBD-based products: lotions, bath products, coffee, soda, and hemp clothing.
CBD or cannabidiol is a chemical compound from the cannabis plant hemp and is used in relaxation and calming products.
On Wednesday, the store received its certificate of occupancy from Lafayette Consolidated Government.
