The weather has settled into a quiet pattern for the week which means we have some real nice weather coming up over the next few days.
In Acadiana this means it will be an abundance of sunshine, and even then temperatures won’t be as hot as the calendar would indicate.
Highs will run in the mid 80s and with humidity staying fairly low (again relative to the usual mid May levels) the heat index shouldn’t be a major issue.
It looks like we’ve got one more cooler than normal evening with lows down in the low 60s again Tuesday night.
Temperatures will warm up and humidity will slowly increase through the week, eventually ending in some scattered showers by the weekend.
