The showers are still the main order of business this Wednesday morning with a system currently moving from Texas into Louisiana.

Rain on Wednesday will be more nuisance than problematic as they’ll be fairly scattered through the afternoon, but a decent downpour or two will be likely.

This will result in a possible quarter to a half inch of rainfall across the region, so no flooding is expected despite a soggy day.

As the low moves across the region the wrap around moisture will be the driving force on Thursday’s weather, so it’ll be a dreary couple of days.

Temperatures are going to be in the low 60s on Wednesday and struggle to get into the mid 50s on Thursday, with clouds preventing major cool downs overnight.

The weather will improve on Friday so if you can push off your errands until then or the weekend that would be your best bet.
