Quiet start to the week but changes by Wednesday

Posted

It’s the start of another work week, and with the final errands to run before the big holiday we should have cooperation from Mother Nature (with the exception of Wednesday).

Monday get’s off to a quiet start with a layer of clouds hanging around with patchy sunshine expected through the day.

Clouds shouldn’t impede temperatures too much with the highs pushing into the mid 60s in the afternoon, although some clearing in the evening will open the door for a chilly night.

This is more or less how it will be for the next two days, a combination of sunshine and clouds that won’t produce any rain.

That’s to say until Wednesday when a fast moving wave swings through stirring up the atmosphere and bringing in a round of rainfall.

This should give people a decent chance to get there last minute chores done before Christmas with only one day of nasty weather leading up to the holiday.

Temperatures won’t be too cold either with most days coming up into the mid 60s pretty consistently and the only really cold night looking like Friday night.
