Hurricane Center update on Disturbance 91L in the Gulf of Mexico

Per the National Hurricane Center, Disturbance 91L is “a little better organized since yesterday.

However, recent satellite-based wind data indicate that the circulation of the low is elongated and poorly defined. Heavy rainfall…likely to spread over southeastern Texas and Louisiana through Thursday.”

We’ll have more on this feature when all the latest computer forecast models arrival later this afternoon.
