VILLE PLATTE — Ville Platte Police are looking the person responsible for hitting two pedestrians before driving off.
According to police, two people were hit while walking on East Main Street around 9:00 p.m. on June 4, 2019. Detectives recovered the driver's side mirror of a Silver 2011 or 2012 Chevy Cruze. The victims were transported to a local hospital and later released.
