UPDATE: Paul Baudoin, 61, of Breaux Bridge has been arrested and charged with one count of manslaughter.
He was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center. No bond has been set at this time.
ORIGINAL: One man is dead an an investigation is underway following a shooting in Butte LaRose Thursday night.
St. Martin Parish Sheriff's deputies say they were called to the 2200 block of Atchafalaya River Highway just before midnight.
They found a man dead at the business there, and have identified him as Jesse Cormier, 45, of Breaux Bridge.
The investigation is continuing, deputies say.
