The Saints can clinch a playoff berth with a win Sunday against the Falcons.

New Orleans needs a Bears loss to put it on ice. There are a few tie scenarios, too, that we won't get into.

It's been stark change in opinion since the early season struggles when Drew Brees was "too old" and the defense was "trash."

Before Brees' injury, he looked less like the quarterback who led the Saints to a 1-2 start, and more like a quarterback capable of a championship run.

Defensively, New Orleans has played its best football over the past month, allowing a total of 28 points in the last four games. Malcolm Jenkins called the Bears win the turning point.

"We're having fun. We trust each other, trust the scheme and trust that we're prepared," he said. "We'll go out there on Sunday, we look forward to the opportunities to compete, and we enjoy doing it. We're having fun doing it. So for us, that's been the formula, continue to prepare, turn every stone throughout the week. And then when we get out there, it's just about having fun, having each other's back and going to compete."
