End of 3: Saints tied with Packers 27-27
After halftime, Green Bay responded right away with a TD drive, capped by Aaron Jones' 1 yard run to make it 20-17 Packers. After a Wil Lutz field goal tied the score at 20, Aaron Rodgers connected with Mercedes Lewis from 27 yards out for a score to make it 27-20. Then right before the end of the 3rd, Drew Brees connected with Alvin Kamara for a 52 yard TD to tie the game at 27.
HALFTIME: Saints lead Packers 17-13
In the 1st quarter trailing 3-0, Alvin Kamara scored on an 11 yard TD catch from Drew Brees to give New Orleans a 7-3 lead. Kamara has been the story in the 1st half, as he has 117 total yards on 11 touches.
2nd quarter, trailing 13-10, Brees connected with Emmanuel Sanders on a 10 yard TD catch with :06 seconds left to give the Saints the lead going into the locker room.
The New Orleans Saints look to rebound and advance to 2-1 as they host the Green Bay Packers. Fans are still not allowed in the Super Dome, but about 750 family members and friends of team and staff are allowed in the game.
