Less than a week after working out for the New Orleans Saints, Antonio Brown is back on social media taking shots at the NFL.

In a video posted Tuesday on Instagram, Brown called the workout a "publicity stunt."

The disgruntled wide receiver stayed away from taking any particular shots at the Saints, Gayle Benson, or head coach Sean Payton, like he did after New England cut him, instead aiming his attention at the league and the ambiguity in his eligibility status.

The NFL is investigating a sexual assault lawsuit filed by his former trainer, and accusations of sexual misconduct from an artist who worked in Brown's home.

Brown began the league year as a Steelers, but was traded to Oakland before being fined and cut by the Raiders in camp. He was signed and played one game for the Patriots before he was cut, again, this time after texts between he and one of his accusers were made public.

The NFL has not taken action on Brown, but has said that if a team were to sign him, they may place him on the 'Commissioner's Exempt List' a designation that allows players to be paid, but not play.
