NEW ORLEANS (KATC) – ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the New Orleans Saints and Pro Bowl defensive end Cameron Jordan have agreed to an extension.
New Orleans’ four-time Pro Bowl defensive end Cameron Jordan and the Saints reached agreement on a big three-year contract extension that will contractually tie the two sides together for the next five seasons, through the 2023 season, sources tell ESPN.

The deal would keep Jordan in New Orleans through 2023 and is worth a reported $52.5 million.
The former first round pick is entering his ninth season in the league. Last year he recorded 12 sacks. It marked the fourth time in his career he’s recorded double-digit sacks. In eight seasons he’s recorded 71.5 career sacks and nine forced fumbles.
Jordan is a four-time Pro Bowl selection.
