LSU (3-5) at 6. Florida (8-1)
Game Time: 6:00 p.m.

Johnson's Future Hangs: While LSU is Myles Brennan's team for another season, there are some that speculate that freshman Max Johnson and T.J. Finley won't both finish with LSU. Getting the nod to start, Max Johnson could entrench his role as the Tigers' number two quarterback, possibly submitting his future with the purple and gold. Its Johnson's first start, though he's outplayed Finley in limited action the past three weeks.
Young Reps: Perhaps the most exciting thing to see from LSU Saturday will be the play of the freshman who have seen an uptick in playing time. Kayshon Boutte recorded career numbers in the loss to Alabama, and should once again be a feature in the offense. Ed Orgeron has been complimentary of this freshman class, which he calls the best freshman class he's been around. While the wins haven't been there, good reps are showing up on tape. Both Johnson , Finley and Boutte are showing flashes. On defense freshman Eli Ricks broke up two passes, and recorded three tackles against Alabama.
Yikes: One word sums up the week for LSU who's seen it's imagine drug through the mud and tossed into the Mississippi. Winning has a way of covering up blemishes, and while the Tigers are a massive underdog, and there is no reason to think the team can win in Gainsville, the team hasn't needed a win this badly in some time.
