No matter what the final chapter is, the story that Danny Farquhar will have to tell is incredible.
The former Ragin’ Cajuns star signed a minor league contract with the Yankees Tuesday.
Farquhar is only 9 months removed from suffering a ruptured brain aneurysm in the Chicago White Sox dugout that almost killed him.
Farquhar was released from the hospital in May and has been cleared to resume baseball activities since June.
In 7 seasons, Farquhar has an ERA just under 4 in 253 appearances.
