LAFAYETTE (KATC) — This week’s Senior Spotlight brings us to Acadiana High School where senior Braden Carrier is having another standout season for the Rams defense.
Carrier was named second team all district at defensive tackle as a junior last season and holds down a 4.0 GPA. When he’s not hitting lineman on the gridiron, Carrier hits notes as a multi-instrument musician.
A self taught guitarist, Carrier also plays trumpet in the school’s jazz band. He hopes to play continue playing football in college next season, but before then, he and the Rams will try to make some music of their own in the 5A playoffs.
