How It Happened: The Trojans finished with their best record under head coach Josh Harper, but fell in the 1st Round
The trend has been upwards in the Harper Era, and if it continues, SHVP will soar to new heights in 2018. The Trojans have 9 starters returning on offense and 8 on defense. Senior Running Back JT Harper was the Offensive MVP in Evangeline Parish, after piling up over 1,500 total yards and 23 touchdowns. Quarterback Wesley Launey is in his 3rd year as the starter. Sacred Heart is switching from a spread offense to a Wing-T to benefit their backfield.
