How It Happened: OHS missed the playoffs by one spot, after finishing with their best record in a decade.
The Tigers goals are clear this year: Playoff are an expectation, not a hope. Opelousas returns 12 starters, 6 on each side. Star defensive end Marlon Young is off to Georgia State, but the Tigers plan to have an advantage with their overall team speed. All Parish selections in junior running back Marvion Young and Senior Defensive Back Kenny Frazier should lead their blazing attack. Senior Devin Nichols will take over as the quarterback.
