How it Happened: In Ted Davidson’s final season, a 2-point conversion in the state semifinal proved the difference as the Ram fall 43-42 to Hahnville
Out with the old in with the new, only not. While Scott McCullough may be a first time head coach, he anything but new to the Acaidana program. McCullough is quick to distance himself from any new pressure he faces taking over for Ted Davidson. McCullough already juggled a bit of that pressure the past two seasons coaching the Rams’ baseball team in the ballpark that bares his father’s name.
Acadiana returns just seven starters and is in search for a quarterback who is ready to run their trademark veer. If there was any thought that a new head coach would modernize Acadiana’s ways, McCullough won’t be that guy. He’s been around the program since the day we was born and looks forward to continuing the program’s tradition of winning.
