As Rhett Peltier takes over the head coaching gig at Loreauville this year, the former offensive coordinator says he will rely heavily on veteran quarterback Zy Alexander.
But here’s the thing, he’s only a sophomore. What the Tigers lack in experience they plan to make up for in play making ability. Alexander burst on the scene as a freshman throwing more than 2000 yards for 17 touchdowns. His arm has been developing ever since, but he also has dual threat tendencies.
While the tigers only have 7 total starters returning on both side of the ball they will rely heavily on Alexander and his favorite target Brennan Williams.
The duo led the way to an 8 and 3 finish and a second round appearance last year. Combine that with a strong offensive line and Peltier believes they can only get better.
