Today's Cool School is Youngsville Middle School! Mr. Karnath's seventh and eighth grade classes participated in CO2 Model Car Races.
Their miniature cars are designed to be aerodynamic, and powered by a CO2 cartridge. The cars race down a track not just to see who is the winner, but they're able to calculate the speeds and convert them from feet per second to miles per hour! The kids are also using science, technology, and math to help design, construct, and race their cars!
