Today's Cool School is St. Cecilia School! Mrs. LaPoint and Mrs. Bellefleur's first grade classes did a fun activity called "Contraction Surgery"!
As they were learning the word "not", they performed surgery on the patients, "do not, are not can not, is not" by surgically removing the letter O that was giving their patient stomach aches. The added the apostrophe and sewed their patients back up. The surgeons did a great job and weren't afraid to get the job done.
