While many people are trying to rebound from losing work, some people are trying to rebound from relationship issues caused by the pandemic.

Here are a few tips to handle the rough patches caused by these trying times.

Therapists say you should love yourself, identify the needs of you and your partner, and communicate those needs.

But first, you should take time to do some soul searching.

"You need to do that deep dive within yourself and ask, where am I good with me? And am I good with me? And how can I be better with me? So now what is practical ways of being able to do that? Well, one great way is journaling," explained Lynn Traub, a relationship therapist.
