Area business owners are better equipped to respond to and recover from the COVID-19 pandemic after a forum on Wednesday.
The forum, hosted by Acadiana Workforce Solutions, featured business experts from across Acadiana and the state, who informed business owners of what resources are out there to help them rebound.
The panel discussed everything from accessibility to loans to making sure owners find ways to show employees they're appreciated just because they show up each day.
"We have some companies doing well, while we have some companies that are closing their doors, some close to closing their doors," explained Dr. Emma Bush, Executive Director of Acadiana Workforce Solutions. "We wanted their experience so that we can match our resources to what their needs are and see what other resources out there can help them."
