LAFAYETTE, La. - After closing for six months because of the coronavirus, Pat's Downtown is now open.
The restaurant located at 107 E. Main St. in downtown Lafayette known for its plate lunches closed in March when a mandatory lock down was issued.
"All my faithful employees came back, some of them have been with me for 25 years, it was like full blast we opened yesterday and it was like we never closed," said Patrick Dupuis, owner.
The restaurant is not only open, they now have curbside pickup.
