We got our first look at the 2020 Ragin' Cajuns Saturday.
Head coach Billy Napier wearing a protective face helmet and the staff wearing face shields to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Some players also onl their helmets wearing newly installed mouth shields, along with visors.
UL is looking to build off their best season in program history, finishing 11-2 with a Lending Tree Bowl victory.
Among their returning starters is quarterback Levi Lewis, who threw for a program record 3,050 yards and 26 touchdowns in 2019. Also, the Cajuns return running backs Elijah Mitchell and Trey Ragas, who combined for 1,967 yards and 27 touchdowns on the ground last season.
