The class of 2020 at Gueydan High School will receive their diplomas tonight.
The graduation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the auditorium.
The ceremony is an individual graduation and everyone has an assigned time to be there.
The school can not have more than 10 people in the auditorium at a time.
The graduates will arrive with five family members every five minutes to receive their diploma and present their mother with a rose. The school recorded speeches before hand and will display those videos tonight.
The other graduations in the parish are tentatively schedule for May 22 and 23, the school system is waiting for approval from the State Fire Marshal's Office. Those graduations will be held in the football fields of each school.
