This year's home is built by Heritage Home Builders and valued at more than $475,000.
The home in Green Farms Subdivision at 135 N. Domingue Road in Lafayette, La features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a home office.
The open floor plan is 2,464 square feet of living space and 3,565 square feet under the roof. The living room has wood trussed cathedral ceiling and a brick fireplace. The kitchen is both beautiful and functional featuring: tuxedo painted cabinets, an apron front sink, white quartz countertops, and black stainless-steel appliances. The dining area is open to the kitchen and includes a dry bar with a wine cooler.
The master suite includes a freestanding tub, walk-in multi-headed shower, dual vanities, custom mirrors, custom cabinets, and a generous custom closet.
