The Ville Platte Police Department is looking for three men accused of attacking and robbing a man on South Soileau Street last month.
The victim was hospitalized with head injuries and spent some time in ICU, Chief Neal Lartigue says. He's since been released from the hospital to recover at home.
Warrants have been issued for:
Isaiah Arvie , 20, whose last known address is 1067 Shorty Lane, Mamou is wanted for one count of aggravated battery (felony) and one count of second degree robbery (felony).
Jarinsky Jones, 19, whose last known address is 310 Glepi Drive, Lake Charles is wanted for one count of aggravated battery (felony) and one count of second degree robbery (felony).
Jaylon Thomas, 17, whose last known address is 616 Rozas Street, Ville Platte is wanted for one count of aggravated battery (felony) and one count of second degree robbery (felony).
Chief Lartigue says that these men have been known to carry firearms and should be considered armed and dangerous. Please do not approach any of these suspects, the chief says.
