St. Martinville detectives asking for assistance regarding September shooting

Detectives with the St. Martinville Police Department are asking for the public's assistance in reference to a shooting that occurred on South Main Street last September.

Early on Sunday, September 13, 2020, the St. Martinville Police Department with the assistance of the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a shooting in the 600 block of South Main Street in St. Martinville city limits. Officers learned that six individuals had been shot and transported to local hospitals.

Anyone with information on this shooting or the individuals responsible, you're asked to report it to St. Martin Crime Stoppers at 337-441-3030 or on the P3 Tips app.

All tipsters will remain anonymous and if your tip leads to an arrest, you will be eligible for a cash reward.
