St. Martinville Junior High dismissed students early on Wednesday due to fleas reported on campus.
According to the school district's website, students were dismissed at 11:30 am as a precaution for student safety.
St. Martin School Board Superintendent Allen Blanchard confirmed that St. Martinville Junior High will resume classes on Thursday.
