Opelousas Police are investigating a shooting that left two teens wounded today.
The teenagers, one 16 and the other 18, were both injured. One sustained a wound to the hand and the other sustained a wound to the buttocks. Neither are life-threatening.
The teens told police they were playing with a gun that went off.
Police are still investigating the circumstances of the incident. Both teens are being treated at local hospitals, police say.
