The revamping of a closed Arnaudville hospital is finally on the horizon.

St. Lukes had been close for several years when the Saint Luc French Immersion and Cultural Campus asked to buy it. The non-profit group plans to open an adult French immersion school at the facility.

The parishes of St. Martin and St. Landry signed a cooperative agreement to facilitate the sale a couple of years ago.

Saint Luc officials report today that the act of sale has been signed.
