The Lafayette Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta sorority is partnering with Southwest Louisiana Primary Healthcare Center to offer free testing to students ahead of the new school year.
Testing will be from 12:30 to 2:30 at the MLK Center on Cora Street Tuesday, August 11 in Lafayette.
Children must be accompanied by a parent and parents will need to provide a picture ID, insurance information and two contact numbers.
The testing is free, and parents, school teachers, bus drivers, etc are welcome to be tested as well.
There will be educational information on social distancing, hand washing and living through a pandemic available to parents.
