This one was stronger coming in at a magnitude of 7.1 on the Richter scale.
People reported feeling the quake in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
This earthquake comes just 32 hours after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake in almost the same spot.
More aftershocks and possible earthquakes are expected.
