Oklahoma WWII vet celebrates 97th birthday on Independence Day

One World War II veteran is celebrating his 97th birthday on July 4th.

KTUL in Tulsa reports that Clyde Case jokingly calls himself "a real American" because of his patriotic birthday. He hopes to live to 105 years old.

Case served in the Second World War by flying B-24 airplanes over the Pacific.
