On Tuesday, March 24, Walmart will offer an hour of shopping for customers aged 60 and older at their stores nationwide.
It will be the first of several shopping events that will be set aside for senior customers during the COVID-19 outbreak.
The "senior shopping events" will take place from March 24 until April 28 and occur every Tuesday for an hour before stores officially open.
Walmart says their pharmacies and vision centers will also be open during these special shopping hours.
Store operating hours have changed due the coronvirus outbreak. Walmart says that operating hours were adjusted to 7:00 am through 8:30 pm.
The adjustments were made to help associates restock shelves and clean and sanitize store locations.
