Home improvement chain Home Depot says they have made several temporary changes to service due to COVID-19.

Changes include limiting the number of customers allowed into stores at a time, marking floors, and signage promoting social distancing. They are also placing limits on services and installations to only those that are essential.

Lowe's implemented changes this week, like the installation of Plexiglass shields at all points of sale and providing masks and gloves to all associates who want them. They also changed store hours, with all locations now closing at 7 p.m.

Effective Saturday, Walmart stores nationwide will also limit the number of customers allowed in at one time.
