It's a much more mild day across Acadiana as sunshine will slowly warm us up into the upper 50s by the end of the afternoon.
The wind is going to be a little more relaxed to go along with that so the wind chill isn't going to be much of a factor at all on Wednesday with only a light afternoon breeze.
This will be the beginning of a quiet, mild pattern which is going to last through the rest of the work week and even into the weekend.
While temperatures will be in the upper 60s on Thursday afternoon another cold front will knock temperatures down a good bit by the weekend.
The next chance for rain will be the middle of next work week with showers looking likely next Wednesday.
