EUNICE — The Eunice Courir de Mardi Gras is in full swing.
Revelers and runners were out early this morning gearing up and readying themselves for the festivities of the day.
Groups of riders on horse back followed along as runners chased down a chicken as part of the yearly tradition on Mardi Gras. Floats carried spectators along the journey to collect items to make a gumbo.
