Staff at Westminster Christian Academy surprised sixth graders on Saturday with a surprise celebration.
The staff decided to do a bus tour to bring the celebration to the sixth grade students since they couldn't have a traditional ceremony.
More than 30 students were honored as they advance to middle school.
Teachers say it was a nice way for them to show students how much they're cared for.
"We started at 8 o'clock this morning and we visited about 30 homes today," explained Principal Sarah Mielke. "It's a great opportunity for our students to feel loved and supported going to middle school."
