A Lafayette woman is celebrating a very special birthday on Tuesday - her 100th birthday.
Mrs. Marie Landry was born on May 11, 1920 in New Orleans.
Landry's family says she enjoys opera and credits her long life to one glass of red wine each day.
She currently resides at Maison de Lafayette nursing home in Lafayette.
