On Tuesday, September 24, Aspen Dental offered free dental care to area veterans in Lafayette by appointment.
The company provided the service through the help of their MouthMobile Unit. The Lafayette stop is part of Aspen Dental's 18-stop, cross-country tour happening this fall.
The event is taking place at Cajun Field from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm on Tuesday.
The fully-equipped, 42-foot-long dental office on wheels also offers free oral cancer screenings.
Open spots for the free service, which was conducted via appointment-only, filled up quickly.
