Lawsuits filed by the survivors and families of the victims of last December's plane crash on Feu Follet road will be limited to federal court.
That's according to a federal judge's ruling.
The Advocate reports that Judge Michael Juneau ordered all lawsuits in state court be halted and transferred to the federal court.
Five people on board the plane died while one passenger survived.
One victim on the ground also suffered severe injuries.
