LAFAYETTE, La. - There will be a gathering in Downtown Lafayette tonight following the announcement of Democrat Joe Biden's projected win over President Donald Trump to become the 46th president of the United States.
Members of The Village 337 will be gathering at the Mouton Statue at 5:00 p.m.
The say the gathering is to celebrate the results of the 2020 Presidential Election.
The group invites members of the community to join them.
Attendees are asked to wear a mask.
KATC's Jordan Lippincott was live at the event and will have more on the meeting and area reaction to the project results tonight at 10 p.m.
