LAFAYETTE, La. - The Upper Lafayette Economic Development Foundation hosted the grand opening of its new office at the Lafayette Visitor Center.
Officials say the new office, which is the old Lafayette Convention and Visitors Commission office, provides the best position for the organization to continue it's service.
The space will also be shared with Love of People which houses multiple service organizations.
"Together with Upper Lafayette Foundation and Love of People we will drive our cultural economy music and food and provide opportunity for people who live in our area," said Johnathan Williams, Executive Director of Upper Lafayette Economic Development Foundation.
