LAFAYETTE — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on Edison Street in Lafayette.
Rontralon Joseph, 19, of Lafayette was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 12 by the Lafayette Police Department.
Joseph was booked into the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on a charge of first degree murder.
Another suspect, D’ivion A. Francis, 17, was arrested on Sept. 10 and is facing first degree murder charges in connection to the shooting.
The shooting took the life of 20-year-old Tiage Montrell Hudson.
Police say Hudson was shot multiple times in the 600 block of Edison Street on Sept. 4.
An investigation remains ongoing.
