The condition of the lone survivor of a plane crash in Lafayette is improving.
On Monday January 6, 2020, Our Lady of Lourdes in Lafayette says that Stephen Wade Berzas' condition has improved. He is now reported to be in "serious" condition.
Last week, following the crash on Saturday December 28, 2019, Berzas was listed in critical condition. In a press conference on December 30, 2019, doctors say that Berzas' age and overall good health is a factor in how his condition is improving.
