LAFAYETTE, La. — Lafayette firefighters responded to a fire Thursday at the Lowe's on Ambassador Caffery Parkway.
The June 22, 2023, fire involved several piles of cardboard bales, according to the Lafayette Fire Department.

Emergency personnel removed the bales from the loading dock area and separated them to extinguish the fire.

The store was not damaged and nobody was reported injured.
