UPDATE: All lanes on the Evangeline Thruway have been reopened as of yesterday evening.
State transportation officials closed the center and left northbound lanes on Evangeline Thruway Tuesday afternoon for emergency repairs where some of the concrete disintegrated.
The closure extended from Willow Street to Interstate 10, officials say.
