UPDATE: Welsh Police say the homicide suspect is now in custody.
Welsh Police were investigating a homicide that took place in the 1200 block of West Railroad Avenue.
Police issued an arrest warrant for a suspect, 18-year-old Reginald D. Jackson, Jr., on Monday, July 6 and were asking for help from the public in locating him.
Those with information regarding Jackson's whereabouts were asked to contact Welsh Police Department.
