VILLE PLATTE, La. — Evangeline Parish District Judge Chuck West and District Attorney Trent Brignac announced Wednesday that is has canceled all court proceedings scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 18, in Division B of the 13th Judicial District Court in Ville Platte.
According to a release from the court, the proceedings have been canceled because of weather related events.
The release adds that any interested parties should contact the district attorney's office on Monday, Feb. 22 regarding the newly rescheduled court dates related to same.
